Cesaro's odds to win the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal are now showing at 7/1 with 888Sport.com.
This is a huge drop from the 125/1 price he was early yesterday morning.
I first began tracking his price when I read in this week's Wrestling Observer Newsletter that there was talk of having him appear in the match as a surprise.
A photograph tweeted by Lilian Garcia has shown that Cesaro is in the area. However, Dave Meltzer, on yesterday's edition of Wrestling Observer Radio noted that the wrestler has yet to be medically cleared to return from his injury.
Fans have evidently jumped on the selection using the small bits of information that have been reported.
I thought the odds at the top of yesterday were good enough to back on the off-chance he'll be given a win on his return. 7/1 - despite still being good - does not appeal to be, especially with the question mark over whether he'll be given the green light to wrestle.
And even then, he has to be given the okay to win the battle royal.
