Party's WWE Battleground Odds Back Online

The PartyPoker.com Sportsbook has republished its WWE Battleground betting odds.

The markets can be viewed in the image below:

The newest additions to the board are the Kevin Owens versus Sami Zayn match market as well as the option the wager on 'The Wyatt Family' to win the WWE Tag Team Championship match.

Owens has been installed as the short-priced favourite to go over Zayn in what is being billed as a 'Final Battle' between the two. This is not only a tease to the pair potentially being on opposing brands the following night, but also a homage to their time in Ring of Honor when their feud played key parts of several Final Battle shows.

If the story was being written correctly, Zayn should really win this final meeting. What has me doubting he will is my own belief that Brock Lesnar's opponent at SummerSlam could be Kevin Owens and, if my prediction turns out accurate, Owens has to win here to build him up for Lesnar. All guesswork on my part, though.

The 'Who will win the WWE Tag Team Championship match?' market initially had names like 'The Club,' 'Enzo and Cass,' and 'The Usos' listed alongside the current titleholders. Now the only option is The Wyatts following the trios having interaction on WWE TV recently.

My gut instinct is to pass on this match, I have a feeling it'll be a six-man with the titles not being in contention.

The more I see TV, the more I believe that the Charlotte versus Sasha Banks meeting for the WWE Women's Championship will take place earlier than SummerSlam. I had predicted the Battleground match involving the ladies would be a tag team fixture where Charlotte and Dana Brooke took on Paige and Sasha Banks. The match ended up being on the latest episode of Raw, so I would not be surprised if there is a Charlotte/Banks match at Battleground.

I think the traders have it right on here with the current WWE Women's Champion as a favourite. WWE  might hold off Banks' title win for SummerSlam, so I can absolutely see a cheap win by Charlotte in this spot to set up an August rematch.

I'm still of the opinion that the main event will end up in controversy with two wrestlers covering for a pin at the same time.

Roman Reigns' odds have now moved out to 6/1. He had been 3/1 before the news broke about his thirty-day suspension.

It's Dean Ambrose whose price has dropped, He was originally 2/5 to retain when the market was launched on Monday June 20th.

The markets can be found under 'Entertainment' on the sportsbook menus as PartyPoker.com and bwin.com.
