Well, that's where wrestling fans' money has been going since it was announced that Raw will get the first overall pick on Tuesday and - most importantly - the WWE World Champion is eligible to be selected.
The sportsbooks that have been accepting bets on this year's draft since the start of June have republished all of their markets. Ambrose sits as favourite in all.
In the First Overall Pick market, he's available at odds of 3/4. This is huge drop from the 25/1 he was priced up at when the market was first published on June 2nd - weeks before his successful night at WWE Money in the Bank 2016.
The 'First Overall Pick excluding Roman Reigns and John Cena' market is almost the same. His price has been cut from 20/1 on June 2nd into a very short 2/5.
But, that's not all.
A few days ago, he was installed as a 6/1 shot to be Raw's first draft pick excluding Reigns and Cena. The customers have evidently reacted to the knowledge that the champ is in the running to be picked and that Raw's Stephanie McMahon and the general manager of the brand will have the first choice. They have forced the oddsmakers to move Ambrose into a joint-favourite alongside Seth Rollins. Both are EVENS.
The Smackdown first pick market that excludes John Cena and Roman Reigns has seen the current champ available at 3/4 from last Thursday through to this evening. The fact he hasn't moved since since last night's revealing of the draft rules, points to the fans predicting he will be Raw's initial pick. It's Seth Rollins, AJ Styles and Triple H who have been the punters' leans. The betting action can be viewed in the table below.

Ambrose has also been backed in the head-to-head match bet markets where customers are given two - or three - names and they can choose to bet on the wrestler that ends up being drafted before the other.
His odds against Roman Reigns have been snipped from 4/9 to 2/5 since last night's announcement. His price against Seth Rollins has also shortened. It has moved from 13/20 to 3/5 in the same time. Another market that remains intact between Thursday and this evening is the one where all three former members of The Shield are against each other. Ambrose is EVENS,
I don't think Ambrose will go first overall, but can understand why the punters have evidently sided with the champ now that he is draft eligible.
