New WrestleMania 33 Props From Betfair

The Betfair Sportsbook has published a handful of new WrestleMania 33 prop markets in preparation for next April's pay-per-view. In my most recent post, I noted that I have already placed a bet.

I'll get to the 'Who Will Be The Universal Champion?' and 'Who Will Be World Champion?' odds in the next post. In this one, I'll concentrate on the 'Yes/No' props that have been installed.

A Ref To Be Knocked Down?
This is a market that Betfair likes putting up whenever it publishes props for other PPVs. The customer has the option to bet on 'Yes' at EVENS or 'No' at 8/11.
With the event potentially being a lengthy one like this year's show, and the need for dramatic finishes, I would not be surprised if one of the bouts on the card ends with a ref bump, so I'd back the 'Yes' here.

Any Belt To Be Used As A Weapon?
The 'Yes' is 11/10 and the 'No' is 4/6. This will pay out if any of the belts are used as a foreign object. I am sort of leaning on the 'No', so the oddsmakers have it right.

Any Match To End In A DQ?
This one has the 'Yes' at EVS. The 'No' is 8/11. As noted above, it's going to be a long night with many matches. This will require different finishes, so - as of right now - I am slightly leaning on one of the bouts ending in a disqualification. This is all guesswork, though.

The Ring To Collapse On The Night?
The bookies are only taking 'Yes' bets at 8/1 for this to happen. Due to how difficult it is to do a stunt like this, a ring collapse would only be done for the final match of the night. I can't see WWE having the WrestleMania main event end like this, so will pass. Had there been a 'No', I would have suggested it.

Any Match To End In A Double Count-Out?
Customers looking for a double count-out can back the 'Yes' at 4/1. There isn't a 'No' on the board. I wouldn't rule out this finish taking place, but wouldn't bet on it when there are other markets that I am interested in wagering on.

Conor McGregor To Participate In A Match On The Night?
McGregor participating in a WWE match has been a hot topic for years. However, it has intensified since the UFC fighter took it upon himself to wind up the WWE locker-room when promoting his most recent fight. The oddsmakers have put up 'Yes' for him to be in a match at Mania 33 at odds of 4/1 while the 'No' is 1/7. The oddsmakers on this list are taking bets on McGregor wrestling at any event right up to Mania 33 at a slightly better 6/1. The downside is these firms limit heavily, but it's a better price so worth noting if you think McGregor will wrestle at Mania.
As for me? I don't think he will be at Mania, so the 'No' (1/7) is where I would go.

And that's all for now. I'll have another post published shortly where I go through the 'Who Will Be Champion?' odds. (Update: Read the post now)
