The compilers have given the bettors three options to wager on: a submission, pinfall or 'Any other method'.
In this post, I'll run through the odds that are available.
Firstly, here's the market for the WWE US Championship:

As you can see from the screen grab (courtesy of this weekend's Kambi spotlight website: LeoVegas.com) the pinfall option has been priced up very steeply.
And I cannot argue with that.
I think it's safe to state that the victor, whether it's the current favourite - Roman Reigns - or Rusev - will end up winning the match via pinfall.
Sure, Rusev has The Accolade, but I cannot see them choosing to have Roman Reigns cry 'Uncle' if the decision is made for him to lose in tonight's match.
It's 'Pinfall' all the way where I'm concerned. With that said, I don't like betting odds that are that short, so all this is is a lean.
As you've probably guessed, 'Submission' is top of the board for the WWE Raw Women's Championship market.

With Charlotte and Sasha both finishing moves that are submission-based, it makes sense for the traders to have put the 'Submission' at the top of the board. However, I'm mildly leaning on the 'Pinfall' option.
There has been speculation that Nia Jax will interrupt this match. I'm unsure whether anything will come of this, but it has made me predict that - if it does happen - it could lead to Charlotte getting the pinfall over Sasha.
I've had a small speculative punt on 'Pinfall', but it's only because of this Nia Jax rumour. On one hand, I think it's too soon for Sasha to lose the title after only just winning it back after her previous run was cut short.
Maybe this is all a set up for Nia to be the next contender to Sasha. In that case, the bet could very well be a wasted one if Charlotte ends up tapping to the Bank Statement later tonight.
The markets can be found alongside their respective match odds under 'Hell in a Cell' on all of the websites listed on THIS PAGE. As mentioned above, this weekend's spotlight Kambi sportsbook is the one available from LeoVegas.com.
I guess they made us forget about Nia on last RAW so that the surprise will come at the PPV. Same thing they do before MitB cash-in.
ReplyDeleteI can't recall when I saw her last to be fair. I think it has been longer than a week!
