Jinder Mahal's Odds Plummeting

Jinder Mahal's odds to win the WWE Championship match at this Sunday's Backlash have been on a steep descent this evening.

When I checked in earlier today, the number one contender was out at 5/2. Then - at 8:15pm BST - I noticed the price had fallen to 15/8. Within five minutes, the number had lowered to 5/4.

  1. Oh wow. Jinder might be winning this. I bet Ortons Indy comments pissed Vince off.

    1. I doubt the decision was made based on Orton's tweets.

He's done and said a lot worse and it hasn't affected his pushes.

    2. If a decision has been made at this point, that is.

    3. True, he has. And to be fair, Vince might even agree with his thoughts considering the guys that Vince likes to push and all. But I have to imagine this huge drop for Jinder has to be coming from somewhere. Smart money is impossible right? So would that mean this big drop is based solely on people backing him thinking he legit has a chance?

    4. Smart money isn't an impossibility as there have been heavy moves over here recently.
