The Independent's Matty Paddock has written a piece about a survey that was sent to WWE fans who attended the most recent WrestleMania asking them their thoughts on future venues for the event. The three cities in the questionnaire were New York, Toronto and London.
The first two cities have already hosted WrestleManias in the past, so London being on the list would obviously stand out.
For what it's worth, the Kambi Oddsmakers have been taking bets on there being a WrestleMania in London for quite some time. When it opened, the 'Yes' was out at 6/1. However, the punters evidently didn't think there was a chance of WWE's major show making its way to these shores within the next few years (the event has to be held in London by 2020) as the 'No' option is now 1/100 after opening at 1/15.
As of the time of writing, the bookmakers are offering the 'Yes' at 10/1.

I believe it's worth noting once again that Mania has to take place in England's capital by 2020 for the 'Yes' to be deemed a winner.
Next year's event has already been confirmed for New Orleans and - in April - it was reported that key people in Indianapolis were looking to have Mania return to the city in 2020. If Indianapolis is successful, this would mean the only chance backing 'Yes' has a chance of winning is if London is named the host for WrestleMania 35.
