Mild Backing On There Being A MITB Cash-In At Battleground 2017

The odds for there to be a successful Money in the Bank cash-in during WWE Battleground 2017 have mildly dipped since I last looked through the market yesterday.

In a post published on Saturday, I noted that the Kambi oddsmakers had priced up three specials specific to a cash-in at any point tonight.

The first option is 3/1 on Carmella taking up her title opportunity. The odds for this have stayed at 3s and this makes sense because the current WWE Smackdown Women's Champion - Naomi - is not booked to wrestle on tonight's show. Therefore, the surprise cash-in by Carmella is unlikely.

With Jinder Mahal as the current favourite to win the WWE Championship match, it also seems unlikely that Baron Corbin will show up to execute his contract. However, this evidently hasn't stopped some speculative punters from taking a gamble on it happening.

The option to wager on the male MITB contract being cashed in during Battleground is now being offered at EVS. This is a slight drop from the 7/4 it was when the prop was put up yesterday morning. In yesterday's post, I noted that the 7/4 had been backed into 6/4.

The third option on the board - a market where customers could bet on 'Any' of the briefcases being cashed in - has been cut from even money into 9/10.

There isn't much to read into this other than to suggest there are fans out there betting on there being a cash-in tonight.

Money in the Bank cash-in props can be found on websites that run the Kambi betting platform. A couple of examples can be found below:
