I last checked in with the two markets where customers can predict the next Universal Champion and the time-frame when Lesnar drops the strap in the latter part of last month. The odds for Brock Lesnar's successor have remained stationary while the 'Date Listed Participant Loses Title' market has been adjusted.
Roman Reigns is still a 1/7 favourite to succeed 'The Beast' for the championship. This is obviously because of the reports that Brock Lesnar versus Roman Reigns is the plan for WrestleMania 34.
If WrestleMania 34 is the plan, then it should come as no surprise to see that this is the date that is favourite in the market where punters can have a wager on the time-frame where they believe Lesnar's reign ends.
I noted the price adjustments when the market was republished last week. The odds are still the same as of this morning. You can see that 'During WrestleMania 34' has been cut from 1/7 to 1/8 since late-October. However, there have been other selections snipped.
The option to have a bet on the title shifting hands from Lesnar to his successor anywhere between the first Raw after the Royal Rumble and up to before WrestleMania has dropped from 15/1 to 12s.
There has also been action on Lesnar dropping the title during the Raw after WrestleMania as it has fallen from 5/1 to 4/1.
With the title not being defended until after the Survivor Series, and likely not until the Royal Rumble in late-January, the options to bet on 'Between 1st Raw after SummerSlam, But Before Survivor Series' and 'Between Survivor Series But Before Royal Rumble' have both drifted with the former going out from 5/1 to 7/1 while the latter has moved up a place from 7/2 to 4/1.
As mentioned at the start, I fully expect the markets to be removed ahead of the Raw taping.
