5Dimes' WWE Super Show-Down Odds For Tuesday Morning

A majority of WWE Super Show-Down match markets - that are available from the 5Dimes Sportsbook - have been adjusted since I published an update about them last night.

The main one of note is the one for the most hyped match on Saturday's card - Triple H versus The Undertaker.

Last night's episode of Raw saw Kane and The Undertaker leave Triple H and Shawn Michaels laying as the show went off the air. I checked back in to the market after watching the programme and it's evident that the closing angle moved in favour of a Triple H win in Australia.

As you can see below, Trips is now at -105. His most recent price was the +135 he drifted out to on Sunday.

Date/Time
HHH
The Undertaker
21/9 1:00PM
+120
-160
23/9 9:00AM
+110
-150
24/9 9:00AM
+125
-165
30/9 11:00PM
+135
-175
2/10 9:00AM
-105
-135

With Triple H's number cut, the oddsmakers have moved Taker up to -135 from -175. So, technically, he's still the favourite.

To contradict the betting on Raw's closing angle, a side that also stood tall in the build for their match - Braun Strowman, Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre - have been cut from +250 into +200 with The Shield, who went 1-2 in singles competition against their Saturday opponents, moving up to -280 faves from -350.

There has also been interest in The Riott Squad beating The Bella Twins and Ronda Rousey following Rousey's submission victory over Riott on last night's show.

Date/Time
Bellas and Rousey
Riott Squad
21/9 1:00PM
-900
+500
1/10 9:00AM
-600
+400
2/10 9:00AM
-555
+365

Riott and her partners have been lowered to +365. I noted yesterday morning that they had dipped from +500 into +400.

The babyfaces remain favourites to win the match. However, the sportsbook is now offering The Bellas and Rousey at -555. Up from the initial -900.

The remaining adjustments have been made to markets not related to last night's Raw.

Becky Lynch's odds to successfully retain the Smackdown Women's Championship have been cut from -215 to -270. As a result, Charlotte Flair has been moved to +190 from +165.

The IIconics (I dislike writing the team name like this!) have been backed into -195 from -155. And rightfully so considering they are wrestling in their home country. A win for their opponents - Asuka and Naomi - will now pay out pay out at +155. This is an increase from the +115 they had been priced at for over a week.

Another Aussie - Buddy Murphy - has been backed to get a decision over the WWE Cruiserweight Champion, Cedric Alexander. The challenger has fallen to -265 from -170 while the champ has risen to +185 from +130.

Daniel Bryan has been cut from -195 into -210 for his bout with The Miz (+155 to +160) while the WWE Championship contender - Samoa Joe - has dipped from +140 into +125 for his meeting with AJ Styles. The champ remains a favourite, but has drifted to -165 from -180.

A couple of markets are unchanged. They are:

Lashley and Cena -530
Elias and Kevin Owens +350

The New Day -600
The Bar +400

Prices were correct at 9AM BST and also while I was writing the post a couple of hours later. The latest odds can be found under 'Other Sports' on the 5Dimes Website.

  1. I think HHH will win because of two reasons

    1) Taker and Kane stood tall at go home show

    2) If Taker vs HBK is planned for the future then Shawn will be the reason why HHH beat Taker at SSD

also is AJ Styves vs Daniel Bryan at Smackdown 1000 or crown jewel possible ?

    1. I think either HHH wins or it becomes a no contest to set up the tag match in November.

Been saying for weeks that Styles vs Bryan is possible for Smackdown 1000! It's a big enough match for the special edition of the show even though we've already seen it on Smackdown this year.

    2. True, but today's smackdown should give a hint about AJ's and Bryan's matches at SSD.

I'm still going with AJ and Miz as winners of their respective matches.

Also Orton's next target might be Bryan if he loses to Miz at SSD

    3. Bryan hasn't won against Miz in this feud. He shouldn't lose another.

    4. You're right but most people are predicting that Bryan - Miz feud will end at Wrestlemania where Bryan will finally beat Miz for WWE title.

      Your thoughts on this ?

    5. That's another one I've written about before. I am totally not convinced that this is what'll happen.

    6. Kambi guy - if you're reading this, please put up a market where we can bet on who Bryan's WrestleMania opponent will be!

    7. (I want to put my money where my mouth is)

    8. Who do you think will be Bryan's opponent at Wrestlemania ?

    9. I should correct the thing I wrote above. I should have said that I have been saying for weeks that the title shot match should take place on Smackdown 1000!

I haven't been all-in on Styles.vs. Bryan, but have been saying Bryan should challenge on that show.

    10. True, Styles - Bryan more interesting than other two match ups

    11. I'd just like to point out that Becky stood tall on the HIAC go home show & still won at the ppv.

  2. After watching RAW I have placed a bet on Triple H @ 6/5 on skybet.

My prediction is Shawn Michaels hits Undertaker with sweet chin music after the referee get's distracted to give Triple H the win and it results in the rumoured DX v Taker/Kane match at Crown Jewel.

  3. You are right Marc but on this occasion Shawn has to do something big to Taker which leads to him coming out of retirement.

If Taker wins clean then I don't see what story WWE is going to tell to get Shawn out of retirement. I want to help my friend is the best I can come up with tbh.

Makes the most sense storyline wise to have Shawn cost Taker imo.

    1. Im not following the logic here. Surely something has to trigger HBK to get him back in the ring. HHH winning isn't the way to accomplish this as Shawn wouldn't need to help his friend as you put it as HHH would've won & where do you go from there?
Surely Taker doing something big to Shawn would make more sense. The whole rumoured tag match in Saudi Arabia will be all about Shawn's return. He has to return for a reason & Taker/Kane have to give him that reason. HBK seeing his friend beaten badly or defeated by Taker would give him that reason.
You have to look at it this way: had Raw not ended the way it did last night, would you have argued this point today?
I'd have Shawn win his comeback match. So for that reason, a HHH win this weekend seems the least probable possibility.

    2. I was 50/50 from Day 1.

Purely based off the go home RAW angle i decided to predict a HHH win. I thought Taker/Kane were far too dominant.

Shawn teased Sweet Chin Music and after getting beaten down I think he's definitely going to hit sweet chin music at SSD either on Kane to distract Taker or hits it on Taker himself.

  4. My bets for SSD

AJ Styles, The Miz, Triple H, The Shield, The New Day, John Cena & Bobby Lashley, Charlotte Flair & The IIconics.

Not that confident in the women's bets but I have to back IIconics seeing as it's in Australia and I think backing Charlotte is a safer bet than Becky at SSD. WWE will probably do this match again at Evolution so I think we will either see a no contest or a Charlotte win by DQ or something. Becky remains champ. Becky pins or submits Charlotte at SSD then I don't see how we can get this match again at Evolution.

  5. As per some rumors, if Shawn vs Taker happens at Survivor Series or a PPV before Wrestlemania and if Shawn has a match at WM 35 who do you guys think his WM 35 opponent will be ?

    I'm going with AJ.

    1. IF HBK is coming back beyond the Saudi Arabia show, then AJ would be one of the matches I'd like to see.

    2. Think it will be a very short return for Shawn and will only work this one program.

    3. I have no idea why which The Shield have drifted think its obvious they are going to win especially after the beatdown they took on RAW.
