In the most recent post, I noted that Kambi had installed lines for the two WrestleMania battle royals and also for all of the NXT TakeOver: New York matches that are set for Friday night.
These weren't the only new star ratings specials published today.
A prop bet has been installed in which customers can place wagers on the highest rated match at WrestleMania 35 having more stars than the match of the night from last year.
Last year's winner was the Ronda Rousey and Kurt Angle .vs. Triple H and Stephanie McMahon mixed tag team match. It received four-and-a-quarter stars in Dave Meltzer's review of the event. You can read about how bets were settled on it IN THIS POST.
If you think any of the matches on this year's card can do better than 4.25, the bookies will pay out on the 'Yes' at 1/2. Those who aren't expecting a match to beat last year's top performance can find the 'No' at 7/5.
All bets will be settled once Dave Meltzer's review of the PPV is published in the issue of the Wrestling Observer that will likely be released on the Thursday following the show. It should have reviews of not only WrestleMania, but also the NXT TakeOver and Ring of Honor and New Japan Pro Wrestling joint-show from Madison Square Garden; the G1 Supercard.
With the weekend loaded with shows - and the following newsletter undoubtedly featuring reviews of those events - the bookies have two more specials for wrestling fans.
They're offering 2/1 on any of the WrestleMania 35 matches receiving more stars than the highest rated match in Dave Meltzer's review of TakeOver.
Mania is also up against the ROH/NJPW show with the bookies offering 4/1 that any of the matches from Mania gets more stars than the highest rated match from MSG.
These specials are found alongside the other Observer props for Mania that were published earlier this month.
