No London WrestleMania By 2020 And More

Now that WrestleMania 36 has been confirmed to take place from Florida in 2020, a prop bet from Kambi - that first came out almost three years ago - now looks extremely close to being settled.

The special gave customers the opportunity to bet on London hosting a WrestleMania by the end of 2020.'

When it was first priced up in March of 2016, the bookies were offering the 'No' at 1/15 and the 'Yes' was out at 6/1. By June of that year, the bookies had shortened the favourite to 1/20.

By April 2017, the eventual winning selection had been slashed to 1/100. However, it did rebound back up to 1/40 after 'Yes' was cut from 10s into 8/1 in November.

'No' was back down to 1/100 early last year. It was still at this price when I last saw the market on March 10th.

Another market, this time from William Hill, was published in June of 2016. It was offering 8/1 on any venue within the UK hosting the event.

For it to be deemed a winning bet, the event would have had to take place by 2025, so there are still a few more announcements to go until that one is settled.
