The two markets are for both of Becky Lynch's title defences.
Charlotte Flair's odds to get a decision over the Smackdown Women's Champion was moved from 11/4 to 7/4 by 12PM BST yesterday afternoon. As a result, the champion has moved up to 1/4 from 2/5.

The challenger in the Raw Women's Championship match has also lowered as Lacey Evans was moved to 7/2 from 4/1. With Evans moving in, the bookies have moved Lynch up to 1/6 from 1/7.

I haven't bet on either of this markets because I am having a difficult time trying to gauge how this will play out.
On one hand, Lacey Evans is apparently being groomed for big things and a win over the champion - whether it be for the title or not - would be a way to start her off strong. With that said, if Lynch loses the Raw title, this would mean she'll be back to the Smackdown roster and - as the company has been making sure real-life couples are together on the same brand - I assume Lynch will be kept on Raw with Seth Rollins.
Which means that - when the time comes for Becky to drop either of the straps - my guess is it'll be the Smackdown one first.
Money in the Bank 2019 could be too early. Especially with the 'Becky Two Belts' thing going on.
With all that said, Sky Bet has published a RequestABet special in which customers can place wagers on Bayley winning the women's Money in the Bank ladder match and then cash-in the title opportunity to win the Smackdown Women's Championship during the PPV. The price is 33/1.
I like the idea on paper. It would turn Bayley heel, allow Becky not to lose to Charlotte Flair and split off the titles from Becky keeping her on Raw.
It does have it's downsides, though. Namely the aforementioned 'Becky Two Belts' gimmick and it would also be repetitive considering last year's women's MITB contract was cashed in during the Money in the Bank PPV.
