R-Truth Regains 24/7 Title In Time To Win Another Sky Bet Titleholder Special

Despite a brief spell without the WWE 24/7 Championship on last night's WWE Smackdown, R-Truth was once again a winning selection in a Sky Bet market for the title.

As has become a regular thing since the title was first introduced last week, Sky Bet was accepting wagers on the person who was holding the title at the conclusion of last night's show.

At 1PM BST yesterday afternoon, R-Truth was an 11/8 favourite to still be the champ once the episode went off the air. His price had been reduced to 4/6 by the time the market closed.

During the programme, Elias found himself winning the strap. However, following the main event - which saw Roman Reigns and Truth beat Elias and Drew McIntyre - Truth pinned the champ to regain his title.

For what it's worth, had Elias been booked to retain, he would have won at odds of 80/1 (1PM BST) or, if you found them later in the evening, 125/1.
