A special, in which customers can bet on the exact number of stars the highest rated match will receive, no longer has the selections that are below 'Exactly 5.75 Stars'.
Gone are the now obsolete 'Exactly 5.5 Stars', 'Exactly 5.25 Stars' and '5.0 Stars or Less'.
With Okada and Ospreay hitting 5.75 stars in the issue which was published yesterday, the bookies have made 'Exactly 5.75 Stars' an odds-on favourite at 1/14. It had been 2/1 ever since the market was first published last month.
The previous favourite - 'Exactly 6.0 Stars' - has also been trimmed. It was 7/4 before today's republication. It's now at 33/20.
As a result of the removals and the cuts for the two aforementioned selections, Kambi has moved 'Exactly 6.25 Stars' and '6.5 Stars or More' out. The former has been doubled from 2/1 and the latter has continued to drift out. Its most recent stop was at 3/1 - after opening 23/10 - but it's now up to 5/1.
Okada .vs. Ospreay has also been slashed into odds-on favourite in the market where clients could gamble on the tournament match that gets the most stars in the entire tournament.
The bout was 5/1 when I wrote about it on Monday. It has now plummeted to 1/10.
With the new favourite established, the oddsmakers have pushed all other selections out. You can view the latest pricing in the table below.
As a reference: the matches in pink/peach are from A Block, the one in blue is B Block, green will cover potential final appearances and the grey selections are matches that could only happen in the final as the wrestlers are in opposing blocks at this stage in the tourney.
