Kambi has published Over/Under Wrestling Observer star ratings lines for the matches that have been announced for NXT TakeOver: Toronto and WWE SummerSlam 2019.
The matches and lines for the NXT TakeOver show are:
Candice LeRae .vs. Io Shirai - 2.75 Stars
Shayna Baszler .vs. Mia Yim - 3.25 Stars
Undisputed Era .vs. Street Profits - 4.25 Stars
Strong .vs. Dream .vs. Dunne - 4.5 Stars
Adam Cole .vs. Johnny Gargano - 5 Stars
The lines for the SummerSlam matches are:
Charlotte Flair .vs. Trish Stratus - 2.75 Stars
Finn Balor .vs. Bray Wyatt - 2 Stars
Kevin Owens .vs. Shane McMahon - 2.25 Stars
Becky Lynch .vs. Natalya - 3.5 Stars
AJ Styles .vs. Ricochet - 4 Stars
Brock Lesnar .vs. Seth Rollins - 4 Stars
Kofi Kingston .vs. Randy Orton - 3.25 Stars
There is no line for Bray Wyatt .vs. Dolph Ziggler, which is understandable considering that Dave Meltzer has reported that the match may not happen and it'll be Ziggler .vs. Bill Goldberg instead.

Even though it's not official yet, I think Roman vs Bryan will be the best match at Summerslam

I think Balor/Wyatt might be too low, but I can see why they did the 2 (in case it's a one-sided short match).

I think that its very possible that LeRae vs Shirai gets higher than 2.75 stars. Both women are better in the ring than Baszler/Yim, along with the story overall being a lot more interesting.

DeleteFWIW, I thought the bookmaker would have had Lynch/Natalya at 3 and Lesnar/Rollins was tough call but I would have guessed 3.50.
I mean Lesnar matches are great against smaller guys. His matches with Styles, Bryan, Punk were above 4 stars

Thing is, Rollins has never had a four star match with Lesnar. The Mania one was 3.50 and that one from years ago, with the Undertaker finish, was 2 or 2.50.
DeleteThen, you look at the 4 stars for what will universally be guessed as potential match of the night in the US Championship contest and you think the 4 they're asking for Rollins/Lesnar - based on the history - seems too high IMO.
The Rollins .vs. Lesnar from 4 years ago I mentioned above was 2 stars.

DeleteFirst one in 2015 was basically a squash and Wrestlemania match was just 2 minutes
If they have a proper 15 minute match where Rollins gets decent amount of offense , then it has the potential to be 4.25 - 4.5 star match
