Kambi's WrestleMania 37 Main Event Specials

Kambi's oddsmakers have published some WrestleMania 37 markets for the first time today.

They are specific to the last match on the March 28th 2021 card and allow customers to gamble on what gender the participants will be, what the match will be and can also gamble on the winners and losers of the bout.

In this post, I'll run through each market and point out some of the rules (I advise reading them yourself) and then share the current odds.

Gender Of Main Event
In this market, customers can gamble on the gender of the performers in the last match on the card. The males are 3/4 favourites while a winning bet on the females will pay out at 19/20.

Exact Combination Of Participants In The Last Match
Just like with previous WrestleManias, Kambi has created an 'Exact Combination of Participants in the Last Match' special for Mania 37. In this market, customers have the opportunity to gamble on the match that they believe will be the closing contest on the night.

A Ronda Rousey versus Becky Lynch match is the current favourite at 10/1. It's followed by another match that has been regarded as a dream match for a WrestleMania - The Rock versus Roman Reigns - which is a 12/1 joint-second favourite alongside 'Any Match Featuring The Undertaker'.

The list continues all the way down to a couple of Rhea Ripley matches that are 100/1 each.

Win/Place
In the 'Win/Place' special, customers can gamble on the match winner of what will end up being the last match on the Mania 37 card. This is similar to Kambi's 'Lasting Image' market for WrestleMania 36.

As well as being able to gamble on the person they believe will win the final match at WrestleMania 37, clients can also punt on that wrestler - or others - being a match participant in the Mania main event. They don't have to 'win', but wrestling in the main event means they'll 'Place'.

For example, if the main event is Roman Reigns .vs. Braun Strowman and the winner is Roman Reigns, customers could potentially win at 10/1 for Reigns to be the 'Winner' and also get a return at odds of 3/1 if they had just backed him to be a main event competitor in the '1-2' place option.

Continuing my example, any bets on Strowman to win would obviously lose, but a gamble on the '1-2' would pay out at 8/1.

It's also worth pointing out that there are dead-heat rules that cover potential multi-person matches in case the main event does not turn out to be a one-on-one.
