Sky Bet Adds Triple Threat Selection To Mania Main Event Market Plus FastLane 2021 Odds

Sky Bet has added a new selection to one of its WrestleMania 37 main event markets.

The new selection is for 'Roman Reigns .vs. Daniel Bryan .vs. Edge' to be the main event of night two of this year's Mania.

As of this evening, the price is 9/1. If you read THIS POST from earlier today, you'll know that I had a 12/1 gamble on the triple threat to be a scheduled match on the company's Request A Bet Specials page for the show.

For what it's worth, the triple threat just to be a scheduled match on either night is currently being offered at 9/1, so - as of the time of writing - it's the better option because you only require the three-way to happen.

I had a look through the main event markets earlier today, before the new selection had been added to the night two offerings, and I noticed that the price for Bobby Lashley and Drew McIntyre to be the main eventers had once again lowered.

WrestleMania 37 Main Event Betting

You can see, in the table above, that 'Bobby Lashley .vs. Drew McIntyre' is now 6/1 to close WrestleMania Weekend. It was most recently 7/1 after dipping from 8s.

With a Lashley versus McIntyre meeting moving in, the bookies have pushed the favourite - 'Roman Reigns .vs. Edge' up from its most recent price of 1/16 to 1/12.

The market, in which customers can take a punt on the bout that'll close night one of Mania, remains at the prices that were available before it was temporarily suspended ahead of last night's Smackdown.

WrestleMania 37 Main Event Betting

Before WrestleMania, there's  next weekend's WWE FastLane 2021 and Sky Bet has this evening installed markets for the matches that have been announced so far.

The oddsmakers have priced Big E as a favourite to successfully retain the WWE Intercontinental Championship against Apollo Crews.

The champ is 8/13 while his challenger is 6/5.

The WWE Women's Tag Team Championship will also be defended on the show with Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax 4/7 faves over their challengers - Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair (5/4).

In what will likely be the main event of the show, Roman Reigns will defend his WWE Universal Title against Daniel Bryan.

The market for the match has been adjusted already with Daniel Bryan lowered from 7/1 into 6/1. Roman Reigns has been kept at 1/16.

I backed Bryan at the 7s because, and as I've written a few times over the past week, I have a feeling the match could end with Edge ruining Bryan's chance of winning the title to ultimately lead to Bryan being inserted in the Universal Championship match at WrestleMania.

One way this could be achieved is to have Bryan win by disqualification as it'll give him a 'victory' over the titleholder.
