Sky Bet's markets for WWE SummerSlam 2021 have now closed.
Here are the closing favourites from all of the markets that were available leading into tonight's PPV. In some cases, you'll notice that some of the outsiders' prices were lowered in the latter stages of betting.
WWE Universal Championship
Roman Reigns closed as the favourite to win the Universal Championship match. However, the late adjustments were made in favour of John Cena as his price - which was 9/2 on Thursday - fell into 4/1 last night and was snipped into 3/1 this evening.
Reigns was a 2/9 fave when the market was removed. He had started out at 2/7 earlier this month.
WWE Championship
As I noted this morning, the market for the WWE Championship match was first published at the start of August, but remained stationary all the way through to today. There was still no changes made during today.
WWE Champion - Bobby Lashley - closed as a 1/6 fave. Bill Goldberg was 7/2.
WWE Raw Women's Championship
Nikki ASH was a 4/5 favourite to win the triple threat match since Thursday. She fell into 4/6 somewhere before 7:30PM BST today.
WWE Smackdown Women's Championship
There is doubt that Bianca Belair versus Sasha Banks will take place tonight. Despite this, the late wagers appear to have been coming in on Bianca Belair's challenger.
Sasha Banks was lowered from 11/8 into 5/4 early this evening and was then at 6/5 later on.
Even though Banks was today's pick from the punters, Bianca Belair was the closing favourite at odds of 8/13.
Edge .vs. Seth Rollins
Sky Bet closed its market for Edge .vs. Seth Rollins with the former a 1/3 favourite.
WWE United States Championship Damian Priest was the closing favourite in the market for the WWE US Title match. Starting the day at 2/5, the challenger was backed into 2/7 by the early evening.
Sheamus was a 5/2 underdog when the market was removed.
WWE Raw Tag Team Championship
The team of RK-Bro was favoured to beat AJ Styles and Omos throughout the entire time the market for tonight's tag contest was available.
WWE Smackdown Tag Team Championship
The Usos were backed into 1/4 from 2/7 today for their match against Rey and Dominik Mysterio.
Drew McIntyre .vs. Jinder Mahal The closing favourite for the grudge match between Drew McIntyre and Jinder Mahal was McIntyre. However, as you'll see below, the punters appear to have been siding with a Mahal win as it was his odds which lowered over the few days betting was available for the match.
McIntyre was up from 1/3 to 4/11 when I checked in an hour before the market closed.
Alexa Bliss .vs. Eva Marie
Alexa Bliss was the closing fave in the market for her bout against Eva Marie.
