Customers can currently find Rhodes a 1/8 favourite with Rollins out at 4/1.
As well as the match winner odds, customers can also find a proposition market which asks customers whether or not the match will happen.
For there to be an official bout on either night, with a referee calling for the bell to prompt it, the bookies are offering 'Yes' as a 1/5 favourite.
Those who believe the contest will not happen at WrestleMania can find 'No' at 3/1.
There is also a market in which customers can punt on the day the match takes place. 'Sunday' is a 1/5 fave over the 3/1 for 'Saturday'.
A Wrestling Observer star rating over/under market has also been created with the line currently set at four-and-a-quarter stars.
These markets were some of the latest to be added to Kambi's coverage of WrestleMania 38. Some of which are props for 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin's contribution to the event.
In the first, Kambi asks whether Austin and Kevin Owens will participate in an official match. Just like with the Cody Rhodes .vs. Seth Rollins prop, for the 'Yes' to be declared the winning selection, the referee has to call for the bell for the match to start.
If it does, 'Yes' would win at odds of 7/5. The favourite - 'No' - is 1/2.
Should a match take place, there is a prop which allows customers to gamble Austin winning with 'Yes - Austin Wins' a 1/20 favourite over the 7/1 for 'No - Austin doesn't win'.
In the third prop, customers are asked whether 'Over 3.5 different individuals' will be 'Sunned by Austin' during the event.
If four or more people are stunned (including Kevin Owens), the winning selection will be 'Yes' which is 8/5. The 'No' is an 11/25 favourite.
The fourth and fifth props are related to how many Stone Cold Stunners Austin delivers to Kevin Owens and vice versa.
Kambi asks whether Austin will successfully stun Kevin Owens 'Over 3.5' times during the event with 'Yes' favoured at odds of 4/6. 'No' is 27/25.
The line for the Owens to stun Austin prop is set at 0.5. Therefore, if Owens stuns Austin at least once at any point during the event, 'Yes' will win at 6/4. If Owens is unable to successfully stun Austin, 'No' will be declared the winning selection at 4/9.
