Champion After Mahal Odds

The Kambi oddsmakers released a special market yesterday where clients can bet on who they believe will overcome Jinder Mahal to become WWE World Champion.

Baron Corbin has been inserted as a 6/4 joint-favourite along with John Cena. The latter is expected back to WWE next month, so that's a good reason why he's been placed hugher up the market.

As for Corbin - I can understand why he's at the top of the list considering he's the favourite to win the 2017 Money in the Bank ladder match. However, if Corbin is the guy with the briefcase in less than two weeks, I can't see him cashing in on a fellow heel.

Mahal's current rival, Randy Orton, is next up at 9/4, AJ Styles is 3/1 as is Kevin Owens, The list continues with other Smackdown stars like Shinsuke Nakamura, Sami Zayn and Dolph Ziggler but ends with long-shots like CM Punk and The Rock.

A 'Champion After Randy Orton' market was settled a little over two weeks ago following Mahal's victory over 'The Viper', you can read how the market was settled IN THIS POST.

When available, the speciality market can be found across all the sportsbooks with Kambi betting odds. A couple of examples can be found below:
