WWE Champion After AJ Styles Update For May 11th

A betting market that I last covered in mid-February was republished today when the Kambi oddsmakers reinstalled the special where customers could bet on the person who becomes WWE Champion after AJ Styles.

To say today's market has changed - when contrasted with February - would be an understatement.

With storylines moving in new directions, mainly due to the rosters being changed post-WrestleMania, a lot of names that were priced up earlier in the year are no longer available.

It should go without saying that, with most of the old selections being taken off the board, new selections have been added.

Despite the changes, one thing has remained the same. Shinsuke Nakamura is still - as of today - the favourite to be the next WWE Champion.

Here are the odds:

Nakamura sits at the top of the list at 2/13. He has came close with two recent draws with the titleholder.

Samoa Joe, who is one of the new additions, and is potentially next in line to challenge for the strap is 7/4. The Miz is also at 7/4 having moved back across to Smackdown in the spring.

Next WWE Champion After AJ Styles Betting Odds

Nakamura was a 1/7 favourite in February, so - technically - his price has drifted out slightly to 2/13. Another name whose odds have increased is John Cena. His number is now 10/1 - an improvement from February's 8/1.

Randy Orton, who was last available in early January at 15/1, is now reinstalled at a shorter 10/1.

The selections that have been removed are those that were shipped to Raw - Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, Dolph Ziggler, Baron Corbin, Jinder Mahal and Bobby Roode.

Prices correct as of 11th May 2018. When available, you can find the market on the websites that publish WWE odds from Kambi.
