WWE Universal Champion After Brock Lesnar Betting Notes For May 11th

In the most recent post, I noted that the Kambi oddsmakers had republished a betting market where customers could bet on who they believe will succeed AJ Styles as WWE Champion. A similar market for the WWE Universal Championship was another that returned to the websites today.

Here's an update pointing out the latest odds and notes on the differences between today and previous dates these selections were available.

WWE Universal Champion After Brock Lesnar Betting Odds

I've highlighted selections that haven't appeared in previous incarnations of this market in orange. The rest will be covered from the bottom up.

  • Matt Hardy 40/1: the last time Hardy was on the list was in July. At this time, he was 25/1
  • Bray Wyatt 40/1: Wyatt was 20/1 in mid-January
  • Kurt Angle 33/1: Kurt Angle's price was higher when it was last available on January 18th. He was 50/1
  • Elias 33/1: Elias' odds are exactly where they were on February 17th (the last time the market was published)
  • Chris Jericho 25/1: Jericho was 20/1 on May 12th 2017, which was the last time he appeared here
  • CM Punk 25/1: Punk's odds have halved. He last appeared on January 18th
  • Triple H 20/1: HHH was 50/1 in January
  • The Rock 20/1: Dwayne Johnson's price has been adjusted from January 18th's 33/1
  • Dean Ambrose 15/1: Ambrose was 25/1 on January 18th
  • John Cena 10/1: Cena was a 17/1 shot on February 18th
  • Finn Balor 8/1: The current price for first-ever Universal Champion is shorter than February 17th's 17/1
  • Seth Rollins 4/1: Seth Rollins' price has tumbled from 25/1 (February 17th)
  • Roman Reigns 5/4: With Reigns failing to defeat Lesnar on two occasions, his price has drastically changed from 1/10. They were so short in February because it looked highly likely that he would walk out of WrestleMania 34 with the strap
  • Braun Strowman 1/2: The Monster Among Men was a 5/4 second-favourite when previously available in February
