I feel the best way to approach this list is to note the companies that were offering wagers on the most recent PPV, WWE Extreme Rules.
Full reviews of each sportsbook can be found at BetOnWrestling.co.uk.
Paddy Power
Paddy Power was the first sports betting website to publish betting markets for Extreme Rules. These markets were posted on the Wednesday before the event so, if they go by the same timetable this time, the odds should be available during the midweek before the pay-per-view.
The company offered a full slate of matches in its coverage.
It's worth noting that Paddy Power always offers professional wrestling wagering so, if you're based in a country that is allowed to gamble with the firm, it should be one of the first places you should look to see if WWE betting lines are up.
When available, you'll find the markets in the 'Sports Novelties' section of PaddyPower.com.
5Dimes
The 5Dimes Casino & Sportsbook is another company that always offers its customers markets on World Wrestling Entertainment matches. I fully expect them to have WWE Payback 2014 betting odds up as well.
5Dimes welcomes customers from a lot of countries that are restricted by the British and Irish sportsbooks so, if you find you cannot join at some of these websites, it's always worth giving 5Dimes a go.
In the week of Extreme Rules, 5Dimes put up lines on the Thursday before the event. This was kind of late compared to their usual schedule. If you do sign up with them, I suggest keeping a look-out for prices earlier than the Thursday before the show.
When available, PPV odds are found under 'Wrestling' in the 'Other Sports' category of the betting board at 5Dimes.eu.
Betfair
Following on from launching WWE WrestleMania XXX betting markets in April, the Betfair Sportsbook published lines for Extreme Rules.
I recommend opening an account with Betfair as the firm had the best odds around for some of the selections on the card. Betfair also offered its customers the chance to wager on all the matches on the card. The company was one of the few to do so.
Extreme Rules prices were published on the Friday before the event.
If they are up for Payback, you'll find them under 'Special Bets' on the sportsbook arm of Betfair.com
Betfred
Betfred is another British bookmaker that has been offering World Wrestling Entertainment matches for most WWE events in 2014.
The company had Extreme Rules betting odds up earlier than most of the other websites on this list having first published them on the Betfred website on the Thursday before the PPV.
The only drawback was that Betfred did not have every market to wager on. With that said, the company did have odds up for the majority of the card.
If available, Extreme Rules 2014 betting prices will be found under 'TV Shows / Specials' of the sportsbook menu on Betfred's Website
Sky Bet
Sky Bet has offered WWE wagering for quite some time and I fully expect the firm to have markets up a few days before Payback.
In the week of Extreme Rules, Sky Bet posted odds on the Friday. They remained up all the way through the weekend before being taken down shortly before the event started.
When published, the Payback odds will be found under 'Wrestling' on the left-side menu on SkyBet.com
William Hill
William Hill is one of Britain's oldest betting companies.
Even though the firm has missed an occasional event here and there lately, it did offer its customers Extreme Rules wagering. The first sign of WWE odds during Extreme Rules week was on the Friday afternoon.
It's worth noting that WWE prices are taken down each night so it's best to keep checking if they aren't online when you look.
WWE markets are found under 'TV/Specials' of the sportsbook menu of WilliamHill.com.
YouWin
YouWin is a European betting company that has offered ways to stake on WWE events for many of the most recent pay-per-views.
The company put up Extreme Rules betting odds late. This had more to do with the website having technical issues due to having a planned redesign in early May.
I fully expect them to be back on schedule with WWE odds being published with days before the show.
When up, the odds will be found under 'Specials' of YouWin.com
UWin
The UWin Sportsbook is the Canadian-facing partner of YouWin.
Just like above, the Sportsbook experienced some issues during a facelift and had to postpone the publication of WWE Extreme Rules betting odds. As I noted, I expect them to be back to their usual promptness with Payback.
WWE odds will be found under specials of UWin.com.
And that's the full list of websites that had Extreme Rules 2014 markets.
Hope this has been of some help in finding WWE betting odds.
Be sure to check out BetOnWrestling.co.uk's Review Menu for reviews of the sportsbooks that have opened WWE markets lately. These reviews include companies that only offer markets for supershows like the Royal Rumble, SummerSlam and WrestleMania so will not be listed above.
