1st Overall Draft Pick Betting Latest

Here's how the WWE Draft odds have moved since early June.

First Overall Pick (Excluding John Cena and Roman Reigns)

The above market will pay out on the first overall draft pick. It takes John Cena and Roman Reigns out of the equation.

As you can see, the current favourite is Seth Rollins. He's 2/5, so the best price you could have backed him at was the EVENS he was priced at the beginning of the month.

Dean Ambrose, who opened at 20/1 is now down to 6/4. He was a short-priced favourite before last night's Raw which saw Stephanie McMahon favour Seth Rollins in the post-main event controversy following Ambrose and Rollins' synched pin.

First Overall Pick

The table below is the 'First Overall Pick' market. This is unlike the above market as it does include Roman Reigns and John Cena.

With Stephanie favouring Rollins, and Raw getting the number one pick, he's the obvious favourite in this market as well. His price has fallen from 2/1, but you could have backed him at even money right up until just before 1am BST this morning.

Dean Ambrose is now the second-favourite to go first. His price has only improved slightly since Raw.

  1. Any chance of raw picking Roman Reigns first, then Smackdown choosing Ambrose, then Raw picking Seth Rollins? As Reigns at 6/1 is tempting

  2. Also cesaro admitted today he would prefer to be on smackdown. Could this be a possible hint? Speculation I know

    1. I won't act on that one. If I did - I'd bet the other way!
