Conor McGregor Now 8/1 To Have A WrestleMania 33 Match

In a post published on Thursday. I mentioned reports that WWE is looking to have a UFC fighter involved, in some capacity, at WrestleMania 33. I ran through a list of bets you could have made on one of the names - Conor McGregor - being in an actual match on the show. Since then, I've noticed that Betfair's odds on the Irishman 'wrestling' on the card have doubled.

The firm is now offering 'Yes' for McGregor to work a Mania 33 at 8/1. The previous price I have for this happening is 4/1.

This obviously means the 'No' has been backed. Its price has shortened from 1/7 to 1/25.



I agree with those that have bet to the negative as Ronda Rousey is my pick to be one of the stars at next year's event. It's worth noting that I wrote the same last year and that one didn't pan out.
