William Hill's WWE SummerSlam Odds For Sunday Morning

The company's WWE SummerSlam markets were first published yesterday morning. I have a few notes below pointing out how today's prices differ from then.

  • Brock Lesnar remains a 1/3 favourite to successfully retain the WWE Universal Championship in the fatal 4-way. Roman Reigns is still 16/1. Samoa Joe has drifted from 3/1 to 4/1. Braun Strowman was out at 12s yesterday, but is now 7/1
  • Akira Tozawa was a 4/6 favourite to defeat Neville in the Cruiserweight Championship match. He has now been pushed out to EVS while Neville has moved in from 11/10 to 8/11
  • The New Day have been cut from 4/7 into 1/12 to win the WWE Smackdown Tag Team Championship. Their opponents, The Usos, have drifted out to 6/1 from 5/4.
  • The Hardys and Jason Jordan have moved in to 4/11 from 11/10. The Miz and the Miztourage were 4/6 yesterday. You can now bet them at 2s.
  • The WWE Smackdown Women's Championship market has flipped. Yesterday, it was Naomi a 2/5 favourite and Natalya a 7/4 outsider. Now, however, Natalya is the 2/5 fave.
  • Sasha Banks was yesterday's favourite, but she has now been pushed out to 2/1. A win for Alexa Bliss in this Raw Women's Championship match will now pay out at 4/11, but you would have found her at 5/2 this time yesterday
  • Shinsuke Nakamura has been backed from 1/5 into 1/12. As a result, the current WWE World Champion has been put out from 10/3 to 6/1
  • Kevin Owens was a 10/3 outsider yesterday. He is still an underdog to win the US Championship, but his odds have been cut to 2/1. A J Styles was 1/5 yesterday.
  • Rusev's odds have tumbled from 2/5 into 1/12 while Randy Orton has drifted to 6/1 from 7/4
  • Big Show's odds to get a decision over Big Cass have been cut from 5/2. He is now 11/10. A decision for Cass will now pay out at a better 4/6. You would have found him at a shorter 2/7 on Saturday.
  • Bray Wyatt's odds to defeat Finn Balor were 11/2 but are now 5/2. A victory for Balor will now pay out at 2/7. He was initially 1/10.
  • Baron Corbin was 7/4 yesterday, but is now 1/2. John Cena has drifted out from 2/5 to 6/4
  • Cesaro and Sheamus were 5/2, but are now at a shorter 7/4. Their opponents, Ambrose and Rollins, have risen from 2/7 to 2/5
Don't forget, William Hill will publish in-play specials tonight. If you have any ideas, you can leave them IN THIS POST.

  1. David, since the odds for each match have now been released. Would you mind giving your predicted winner for each bout?

    1. Okay, if I wipe my mind of any odds/shifts etc for most of these.

Cruiserweight - I have been going back and forth on this and can't really figure out who will win.

SD Tags - Think it's too soon for New Day to lose the titles

Raw Tags - After all the build up, Rollins and Ambrose should win.

US Title - KO has to lose this to set up him and Shane at HIAC.

      Raw Women's - I can't really gauge this one, I'm afraid.

SD Women's - I know the plan is for Naomi to be cashed in on, so not sure about Natalya's price drop.

WWE Championship - I thought there was a chance Nakamura walks out as champ so he goes to Osaka as champion but the odds moving in for Mahal is interesting. I've said Nakamura for weeks, but am starting to think Mahal retains.

      Universal - 100 percent Lesnar

Balor vs Wyatt - Has to be Balor where I'm concerned.

Cass .vs. Show - Cass should really win, but I have entertained the idea of Show winning by knocking out Cass with a plastered hand

Corbin vs Cena - I've thought Corbin for weeks and Tuesday sort of strengthened this opinion

    2. Orton vs Rusev - I think both need a win, so unsure.

    3. Actually, Orton has had a win over the WWE Champ.. so maybe Rusev.

    4. As for the trios match - we saw the babyfaces win on Monday, so my instinct is to go with Miz/Miztourage.

    5. I should add that the part I wrote about Naomi being cashed in on above DOES NOT mean it's happening tonight!
