As noted in a post published a couple of days ago, the oddsmakers from Kambi have installed a number of specials where wrestling fans can place bets on how the Wrestling Observer's editor, Dave Meltzer, rates all the matches on the SummerSlam 2017 card.
'Universal Championship' has been at the top of the board since the market was put online. However, there has been a selection that has been cut.
The Smackdown Tag Team Championship match, that is currently scheduled to take place on the event's Kick Off Show, has been backed from 3/1 into 9/4.
There is a good reason why.
The New Day versus The Usos was the match that received the most stars in Dave Meltzer's review of Battleground 2017.
With that said, the chance of a repeat is - in my opinion - somewhat slim. Especially with the bout being a part of the pre-show.
With New Day versus The Usos being snipped, the oddsmakers have pushed out the price for another Kick Off match - the Cruiserweight Championship bout that will see Neville attempt to regain the title he lost to Akira Tozawa on Monday night.
The selection was moved from 3/1 to 7/2.
This is one of three kinds of Observer specials that are available to customers of the websites that use Kambi's betting platform.
There is a special that will pay out at odds of 10/1 that any of the matches on tonight's card receives five stars or more. There are also over/under prop bets for every single bout of the night. I wrote about them in THIS POST that was published yesterday afternoon.
Gotta be US Title match for me. With cruiserweight and Smackdown tag title on preshow they will be pushed for time and limited to what they can dk.
ReplyDeleteIf WWE allows them to go all out instead of slowing them down for Shane McMahon then they will have MOTN
