'Any Other Method' Still Being Backed In WWE Smackdown Women's Championship Decision Market

Natalya .vs. Charlotte Flair HIAC 2017 Method Of Decision Odds

As you can see in my notes above, the option to bet on 'Any Other Method' has continued to drop in a market where wrestling fans can have a punt on how tonight's WWE Smackdown Women's Championship match will conclude.

I noted, in a post published yesterday afternoon, that the third selection in the market had fallen from 4/1 into 1/2 since it was first installed on Friday. It struck me because I had a feeling that the match would end in a submission win before betting began.

The oddsmakers did have the 'Submission' selection as the favourite when the speciality market was installed. It has drifted out from 11/50 to 13/10 since Friday.

This special is found alongside match odds for the WWE Smackdown Championship bout. As of the time of writing, Charlotte Flair is a 2/13 favourite. The current champ - Natalya - is 7/2 to successfully retain the strap.

  1. Shaping like a DQ win for the challenger. Like you said Dave a change in the match would void the market so must be sort sort of interference... Natties has not been portrayed as a weasel heel so must be outside interference, maybe Carmella sends down her bitch to the ring with the theory being she would prefer to cash in on Nattie that a dominant face like Charlotte.

    1. The thing is, I still cannot move off the thought that Nakamura will win by DQ. I can't see two similar results on the same night.

    2. Also Charlotte tapped on the go home which they need to pay back. It is a strange market move.

    3. I suppose they could pay it back with a visual tapout but the referee is distracted.

    4. Yep, that's what stood out to me.
