Latest WWE News Forces Change To Kambi Market

Earlier this week, Dave Meltzer reported - on Wrestling Observer Radio and in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter - that a planned Brock Lesnar versus Finn Balor Universal Championship match for the 2018 WWE Royal Rumble has been scrapped.

This has prompted the oddsmakers from Kambi to make a few adjustments to their 'Universal Champion After Brock Lesnar' markets.

Balor, whose odds fell from 10/1 into 3/1 when he was first linked to the Rumble title match, has now been moved up to 4/1.

Another wrestler who has drifted is John Cena. He has risen a tad from 15/4 to 4/1.

Braun Strowman - who was 9/2 when the market was available last weekend - has been snipped to 3/1.

Roman Reigns remains a 1/10 favourite after moving in from 1/7 last week.

Even though we don't know who will challenge for the Universal Title at the Royal Rumble, the odds for Lesnar to drop the strap during the event have increased.

The entire  'Date Listed Participant Loses Title' market has been adjusted since it was last available. The price for there being a title change at the Royal Rumble in January is now 13/4. This is a change from 3/1.

Date Brock Lesnar Drops WWE Universal Championship Betting Odds

'During WrestleMania 34' has continued its descent. It's now 1/10 but had been as high as 6/4 in late-July. It was 1/8 last week.

The markets are found under 'WWE' on the websites that publish Kambi's betting odds. A couple of examples can be found below.
