How BetOnline Will Settle Its 2021 Champions Markets

On January 1st, I published a post pointing out that BetOnline had released betting markets allowing customers to gamble on which wrestlers would be holding either of the four major titles at the end of 2021.

Considering today is the final day of the year, and we're not getting a regular episode of WWE Smackdown, I think it's safe to take a look at what will end up being the winning selections in each market.

WWE Universal Champion
When the market opened for the WWE Universal Championship, Roman Reigns was in the early stages of his reign as titleholder. This run has continued through 2021.

He was a -250 favourite back then, and was still at -250 during the spring when the market was adjusted with Daniel Bryan and Jey Uso showing shorter odds.

WWE Universal Champion At The End Of 2021

WWE Champion
Big E will close 2021 as the WWE Champion. However, due to being a member of the Smackdown roster when the market for the WWE Championship was first priced up, he did not appear as a runner in the market for Raw's major title.

Customers had sided with early favourite Drew McIntyre, who was backed from +200 into +175. Then, when Bobby Lashley was in possession of the title, Lashley's odds were cut from +1,600 into +250 second-favourite.

Braun Strowman - who ended up departing the company later in the year - also had a reduction. His price dropped from +1,200 into +700.

The only other selection which lowered was the one for Randy Orton to be WWE Champion at the conclusion of '21. He was +800 when the market was last made available over springtime. He was initially +1,200.

WWE Champion At The End Of 2021 Betting

WWE Smackdown Women's Championship
There was no winning selection in the market for the WWE Smackdown Women's Championship because - when priced up - the current champion, Charlotte Flair, was a member of the Raw roster.

WWE Smackdown Women's Champion At The End Of 2021 Betting

Bianca Belair, who was a +250 second-favourite on Boxing Day 2020, was lowered into +125 following her Royal Rumble followed by WrestleMania title  victories.

Sasha Banks had kicked off as fave because she was the titleholder at the time the market was released. However, with Belair's win at Mania, Banks became a second-fave.

Raw Women's Championship
Becky Lynch was on maternity leave when she was installed at +200 to be holding the WWE Raw Women's Championship a little over a year later.

As we know, Lynch returned to the company at SummerSlam in August and beat Bianca Belair to become WWE Smackdown Women's Champion. Then, post-draft, Lynch and Charlotte Flair had to switch titles.

Had WWE not done that, there would have been a totally different scenario which would have seen both of the women's markets with winners due to Becky Lynch appearing at +400 in the Smackdown market (she was added in April) and Charlotte Flair would have been the winning selection for the Raw strap.

WWE Raw Women's Champion At End Of 2021 Betting

There was one other 'Titleholder at end of 2021' market which was released by BetOnline this year. However, it didn't last for long.

It was a proposition market which asked whether or not Samoa Joe would still be in possession of the NXT World Title on New Year's Eve.

The company offered -200 favouritism to 'Yes' and +150 for 'No' when the market was published on August 25th. This was three days after Joe had won the strap and eighteen days before he relinquished it.

Ronda Rousey Taken Off The Board In 2021 Championship Specials

Following the news that she is currently four months pregnant, Ronda Rousey's name has been removed from a couple of special betting markets from BetOnline.

The markets of note are those that I've written about recently in which customers can gamble on who will be the respective WWE Raw and Smackdown Women's Champions on the final day of 2021.

I last wrote about the specials eight days ago noting that Ronda Rousey had been added to both of the women's markets following an interview with WWE President and Chief Revenue Officer - Nick Khan - by sports broadcaster, Colin Cowherd.

In the podcast appearance, Khan suggested that Ronda Rousey would return to wrestle for WWE but did not specify when.

The former UFC Women's Bantamweight and WWE Raw Women's Champion was installed at +800 in both markets. The removals haven't affected any of the other selections. You can view the current prices below along with their earliest prices from Boxing Day 2020.

BetOnline Republishes Its 'Champions At The End Of 2021' Markets Following WrestleMania

BetOnline has republished its betting markets in which customers can gamble on who they believe will be in possession of the major WWE Titles on the last day of 2021.

The markets were first priced up in late-December. I wrote a post about them on New Year's Day

It was in mid-January when I last saw them. However, they have now been adjusted following this past weekend's WrestleMania.

Here are the prices for each market as well as some notes about how they differ from earlier this year.

WWE Raw Women's Championship
When the market for the WWE Raw Women's Championship was last made available, Rhea Ripley was in that place where NXT stars go before landing on the main roster. She made her proper Raw debut weeks after being the last person eliminated from the Women's Royal Rumble. She went on to win Raw's women's title from Asuka last Sunday.

With Ripley the current holder, BetOnline has added her as a +175 favourite.

Two key stars on the Raw brand are immediately below the fave with Charlotte Flair now at +225 (from +300) and Alexa Bliss +300 (from +400).

Some other selections have had their prices increased. For example, the former champ - Asuka - is now at +500 from +400 and Becky Lynch's price has doubled from +200.

Ronda Rousey and Io Shirai have both been added at +800 and +900 respectively.

Raw Women's Champion At End Of 2021 Betting

WWE Smackdown Women's Championship
On Saturday night, we witnessed Bianca Belair become WWE Smackdown Women's Champion with a win over Sasha Banks in the main event of WrestleMania's first night.

The champ is now a +125 favourite to be holding the title come December 31st. She was previously a +250 second-favourite behind the person she beat for the title.

Banks has changed places with her WrestleMania opponent and is +250 to be the holder of the strap as 2021 becomes 2022.

Three new selections have been added with Becky Lynch at +400, Ronda Rousey at +800 and Io Shirai +900.

Smackdown Women's Champion At End Of 2021 Betting

WWE Universal Championship
There has been no change at the top, in the market for the WWE Universal Championship. The current champion, Roman Reigns, is still -250 to be holding the strap at the conclusion of 2021.

One of Reigns' opponents from WrestleMania - Daniel Bryan - has shorter odds than when the market was last made available. He's now +700 from +1,600.

Another selection with a price cut is Reigns' cousin, Jey Uso, who has moved into +1,600 from +2,500.

There have been new additions to the running with Apollo Crews +900, Edge +1,000, Shinsuke Nakamura +1,200 and Karrion Kross +1,400 replacing King Corbin (was +2,500), Lars Sullivan (was +2,500) and Aleister Black (was +3,300).

WWE Universal Champion At End Of 2021 Betting

WWE Championship
At WrestleMania, Bobby Lashley successfully retained the WWE Championship against Drew McIntyre via a ref stoppage. Then, a couple of nights later, McIntyre once again became a number one contender and will challenge Lashley in May at WrestleMania Backlash.

McIntyre, who was champion when the market was first priced up, has fallen from +200 favourite into +175.

The current champion, who was +1,600 initially, is now in second-place at +250.

WWE Champion At End Of 2021 Betting

As you'll see above, the bookmakers have also lowered the price of two other selections in the betting with Randy Orton down from +1,200 into +800 and Braun Strowman also moving in from +1,200 albeit to a shorter +700.

Both Strowman and Orton were in the mix on Monday night as they were McIntyre's opponents in the number one contender match in Raw's main event.

New names have been added. Sheamus is +1,000, Karrion Kross is +1,400, Omos is +2,000, Damian Priest is +3,300 and The Miz, who won the strap in the period when this market was unavailable, is +4,000.

One selection has been taken off the board with Edge - who was +800 - no longer available.

I believe Edge should have remained in the running for WWE Champion because - even though he was a part, and likely will be a part, of the WWE Universal Championship title picture for WrestleMania and beyond - he is still a free agent when it comes to brand affiliation. His storyline obsession to once again become champion could eventually find him travelling across to the red brand.

Prices correct as of the time of writing. The latest can be found on The BetOnline Website.

BetOnline's Champions 'At The End Of 2021' Markets

Now that it's 2021, I thought I'd take a quick look at four betting markets that can be found on the BetOnline website.

I first came across these specials on Boxing Day. In the specials, customers can gamble on the person they believe will be holding either of the major championships in WWE at the end of this year.

For the WWE Smackdown Women's Championship, the current titleholder - Sasha Banks is at +150 while the current favourite to win this year's Women's Royal Rumble (at firms over here in Europe) - Bianca Belair - is in second at odds of +250.

The most recent champ, Bayley, is next up at +300 and there is somewhat of a jump to Sasha Banks' most recent challenger - Carmella - at +800.

The rise continues right up to +3,300 with three offerings in Mickie James, Natalya and Tamina.

Smackdown Women's Champion At End Of 2021

The market in which customers can have a punt on who will be holding the Raw Women's Championship lists Becky Lynch at the top with odds of +200.

As we know, Lynch is currently on maternity leave.

Charlotte Flair, who has recently returned to WWE, is next up at +300. She's followed by Alexa Bliss and Asuka who are both at +400. Other members of the current Raw roster are listed right up to the person with the longest odds - Stephanie McMahon, who is +5,000.

WWE Raw Women's Champion At The End Of 2021

The oddsmakers have placed Roman Reigns as a -250 favourite to be in possession of the WWE Universal Championship on December 31st of this year. While his counterpart on Raw - Drew McIntyre - is at +200 to be doing what he's currently doing and holding the WWE Championship.

Both markets can be found below.

WWE Champion At The End Of 2021

WWE Champion At The End Of 2021

I noticed, after saving the images for the two male titles, that I had messed up the colouring (Smackdown's title should be blue, Raw's should be red). I thought I would leave it as they are because there may have been a subconscious reason why I have done that.

You see, with WWE the way it has been of late, with brand extensions at least once a year, there's a good chance that those titles could be on the opposing brands by December 31st.

Furthermore, some of the names in all four of the markets may have switched over within the next year, so it does make these markets tricky to have a punt. For example, if I could bet on these markets, I would have preferred it if Becky Lynch were a selection in the market for the Smackdown Women's Championship and then have someone like Bayley as the holder of Raw's title.

After all - a lot can happen in fifty-two weeks. After 2020, I think no one is going to argue that point!

Best wishes for 2021.

When available, the markets can be found on BetOnline's Website.

Kambi Publishes Pro Wrestling TV Props For 2020

The oddsmakers from Kambi have released pro wrestling TV proposition markets for the year of 2020.

There are eight props available as of today and - in this post - I'll do my best to explain what is needed in each.

AEW Beats WWE
The proposition for this market is 'At least 1 AEW Dynamite episode in 2020 to have more overall P2+ Live+Same Day viewers than WWE's most viewed broadcast of Raw, NXT or Smackdown of the same week. All episodes count regardless of channel/day/starting time'
The 'Yes' is 2/1 and the 'No' is 1/3.

It took me a short while to understand what is required in this market, but I think I've figured it out.
For the 'Yes' to win, AEW Dynamite's audience number would have to beat the best number that WWE has for an episode of Raw, NXT or Smackdown in the same week.
So, say the May 1st Smackdown draws an audience of 1,300,000 and it beats NXT and Raw for the week, AEW - on April 29th - would've had to have had 1,300,001 or above for the 'Yes' to win.
I reckon the 'Yes' is far too short at 2s because I cannot see any way where 'No' loses this bet..

Friday Night Death Slot
The prop titled 'Friday Night Death Slot' allows customers to gamble on Smackdown on FOX being cancelled or officially moved to FS1 or another FOX channel permanently in 2020.
The 'No' is a 13/25 favourite while the 'Yes' is 13/10.

Ratings Predictions: April 3 Smackdown
In this prop, the sportsbook asks the gambler whether the Smackdown on FOX before WrestleMania 36 has a total average audience of 2.9 Million viewers or more.
The 'Yes' is EVS. Those looking to gamble on the 'No' will find the selection a 7/10 fave.

Ratings Predictions: April 6 Raw
Similar to the above, the bookies are offering customers to gamble on an episode of WWE TV around WrestleMania 36. This time, the focus is on the Raw After Mania. The line is set at 2.75 Million viewers. Those who believe the total average will hit 2,750,000 or above can get 'Yes' at 9/10. Those who would like to wager on the show doing below that figure can back 'No' at 4/5.

FYI: The 2019 episode of WWE Raw after WrestleMania had a total average audience of 2,924,000 viewers. Read THIS POST

Ratings Predictions: April 8 NXT
Another 'Ratings Prediction' prop is for the post-Mania episode of NXT on the USA Network. Kambi asks whether this edition will have 1 Million or more viewers.
They've priced 'Yes' as a 4/5 favourite while the 'No' is 9/10.

Ratings Predictions: Raw .vs. NFL Monday Night Football 2020 Debut
In this market, the bookmaker asks '1.85 Million P2+ Live+Same Day viewers or more for the Raw (USA Network) episode in the first head-to-head night against NFL's Monday Night Football'.
'No' is 3/4 and 'Yes' is 19/20.

FYI: The first head-to-head between WWE Raw and the NFL for the 2019 season saw Raw pick up a total average audience of 2,130,000 viewers. Read THIS POST.

Wednesday Night War 2020
In this prop, the customer is asked 'AEW Dynamite (TNT) to have more weeks in 2020 in which it has more overall P2+ Live+Same Day viewers head to head against NXT (USA Network)'.
Both 'Yes' and 'No' are available at 17/20 apiece.

Wednesday Night War Records
The bookmaker asks 'AEW viewership record in a head-to-head broadcast to be broken' at any point in 2020. For bets to win, AEW Dynamite must oppose NXT on Wednesday night on their respective channels (TNT and the USA Network) and AEW must record over 1,409,000 viewers.
Those who would like to bet on AEW not beating the number from its debut episode are offered 2/5 while those who believe the record will be broken in 2020 can get 7/4 for the 'Yes'.

Prices were correct as of 6PM GMT on Monday 30 December 2019.

Observer Star Ratings Prop Bets For Wrestling In 2020

It looks like the oddsmakers from Kambi have been busy over the festive period.

Not only have they published the new NJPW WrestleKingdom markets I wrote about yesterday, they've also created thirty Wrestling Observer Newsletter star rating proposition markets for 2020.

In this post, I'll run through ALL of the markets that were made available today.

1) Cole Tops Gargano
In this market, customers get to bet 'Yes' or 'No' on whether 'Adam Cole has more matches awarded 5 stars or more in 2020 than Johnny Gargano'.
As of this afternoon, 'No' is a 13/25 favourite over the 13/10 for 'Yes'.

2) Okada Tops Ibushi
This one is similar to the Cole/Gargano one. However, the punter is asked whether 'Kazuchika Okada has more matches awarded 5 stars or more in 2020 than Kota Ibushi.'
They have 'Yes' at 3/4 while those who believe Ibushi will get more matches of 5+ stars can find the 'No' at 19/20.

3) Omega Tops Naito
In this one, the gamble is on whether or not 'Kenny Omega has more matches awarded 5 stars or more in 2020 than Tetsuya Naito'.
The 'Yes' is 23/20 and the 'No' is 8/13.

4) AEW O/U: 3.5
Customers get to gamble whether '4 or more AEW men matches in 2020' will be awarded ratings of five or more stars.
The opening prices are 8/13 for 'Yes' and 23/20 for 'No'.

5) Adam Cole O/U: 1.5 Matches
In this Adam Cole special, customers have the opportunity to wager on the likelihood of Adam Cole featuring in '2 or more matches in 2020' that are 'awarded 5 stars or higher'.
'Yes' is 5/4 while the option to bet on Cole's not having more than one match rated five stars or above is 11/20.

6) Hiroshi Tanahashi O/U: 1.5 Matches
Just like with the Adam Cole O/U, customers have the opportunity to wager on Hiroshi Tanahashi's performance in 2020. Those who think he will have less than 2 matches rated five stars or above from Dave Meltzer can find the 'No' a 7/10 favourite. Those looking to bet on The Ace picking up at east two five star (or more) matches can back the 'Yes' at EVS.

7) Johnny Gargano O/U: 1.5 Matches
The same rules for the Cole and Tanahashi props apply to the one for Johnny Gargano. For the 'Yes' to win at 11/20, Gargano has to be in at least two matches rated five stars or more. If not, the 'No' will win at 5/4.

8) Kazuchika Okada O/U: 4.5 Matches
The line for the Okada prop has been set at 4.5 matches. Those who believe the current IWGP Heavyweight Champion will compete in at least five matches graded five stars or above can find the 'Yes' at 7/10. Those who believe he'll do less than that can find 'No' at EVS.

9) Kenny Omega O/U: 2.5 Matches
Kambi has Kenny Omega's line at 2.5, so those who believe he will be in at least three bouts that are rated five stars or more can back 'Yes' at 6/5. The 'No' is a 3/5 favourite.

10) Kota Ibushi O/U: 4.5 Matches
Gamblers who believe Kota Ibushi will appear in five or more matches rated five stars or more in 2020 can find the 'Yes' at 11/10 while the 'No' is 13/20.

11) NJPW O/U: 14.5 Matches
The proposition title '5+ Stars NJPW O/U 14.5' is about how New Japan - as a promotion - will accumulate matches of five stars or more in 2020. The line has been set at 14.5, so those who believe the company will have fifteen or more bouts rated 5+ can find the 'Yes' at EVS. Those who believe the line is set higher than their expectations for the company in 2020 can back the 'No' at 7/10.

12) NXT O/U: 3.5 Matches
The line for NXT's matches is set at 3.5 stars, so those who believe the company will have four or more bouts graded five stars or higher in 2020 can find the 'Yes' at 7/10 while the 'No' is a even-money outsider.

13) Tetsuya Naito O/U: 2.5 Matches
Back to wrestlers' performances and they've installed one for Tetsuya Naito. The line is two-and-a-half, so - those who believe Naito will be in three or more matches rated five stars or more in Dave Meltzer's reviews of 2020 - can find the 'Yes' at 19/20. The gamblers looking to bet on Naito having less than three matches rated five or above can find the 'No' at 3/4.

14) Tommaso Ciampa O/U: 0.5 Matches
Those who believe Tommaso Ciampa will be in at least one match given five stars or more in 2020 can find the 'Yes' at 13/20. Those who doubt he will can find 'No' at 11/10.

15) WWE Main Roster O/U: 0.5 Matches
Kambi has set a line of 0.5 stars for there to be a match rated five stars or more within the main roster of WWE in 2020. This excludes any NXT bouts. Those who would like to gamble on Dave Meltzer giving at least one match from WWE five stars or higher will find 'Yes' at 7/4. The option to bet on the guess that there will not be a five star match from the main roster in 2020 can find the 'No' at 2/5.

16) WWE Women O/U: 0.5 Matches
The prop titled '5+ Stars WWE Women' asks the gambler 'Any WWE women match (irrespective of brand) in 2020 to be awarded five stars or higher rating'. The 'Yes' is 7/4 and 'No' is 2/5.

17) Will Ospreay O/U: 5.5 Matches
The line for Will Ospreay's 2020 has been set at five-and-a-half matches. Those who believe he will have at least six bouts rated five stars or higher in Dave Meltzer's reviews will find the 'Yes' at 8/13. Those who believe the line might be set too high can find 'No' at 23/20.

18) AEW .vs. NXT: 5+ Stars Moneyline
In the 'AEW .vs. NXT - 5+ Star Moneyline' market, customers are asked to gamble whether or not AEW has 'more 2020 men matches rated 5 stars or higher than NXT 2020 men matches'. The NXT rule expands to NXT UK and any potential NXT's that are created in other territories. A tie will be settled in favour of 'No' as AEW would not have had more than NXT.
The 'Yes' is 27/25 while the 'No' is 4/6.

19) AEW .vs. NXT: Highest Rated
The rule of the 'AEW .vs. NXT: Highest Rated' asks the customers whether AEW's highest rated match of 2020 will be higher than the highest rated bout that's given to NXT. A tie will settled as 'No'.
Those looking to bet on AEW can find 'Yes' at EVS. A win for NXT, which will mean a decision for 'No', will pay out at 7/10.

20) Joint Highest Rated
In the prop titled 'Joint Highest' the punters are asked to gamble whether or not there will be a tie when it comes to matches that receive the most stars in a 2020 match review from Dave Meltzer. Those who believe '2 or more matches' will be 'awarded the highest 2020 rating' can find the 'Yes' at 3/4 while the 'No' is 19/20.
For what it's worth, 2019 saw three matches given the highest amount. This was 5.75.

21) Promotion Domination (NJPW)
The prop titled 'Promotion Domination' asks the gambler whether '70% or more of 2020 men matches rated 5 stars or higher' will be from New Japan Pro Wrestling.
Those who think NJPW will dominate can back 'Yes' as a 13/25 favourite. Those who believe NJPW will not reach 70% can find the 'No' at 13/10.

22) Records: 2019 Highest Match Rating To Be Broken In 2020
As I mentioned in the part in which I covered prop number 20, Dave Meltzer gave three matches five-and-three-quarter stars in 2019. In this prop, the customers have to gamble on that number being beaten in 2020.
Those who believe at least one match will get six stars or higher can find the 'Yes' at 4/5. Those who believe that the highest match will tie 2019 - or do below that - have the opportunity to wager on the 'No', which is 9/10.

23) Records: All-Time AEW Highest Rated Match To Be Broken In 2020
In this prop, customers are asked whether AEW's star ratings record (five-and-a-quarter stars for the Lucha Bros. versus Young Bucks bout from All Out) will be broken in 2020.
The 'Yes' is 13/10 and the 'No' is 11/10.

24) Records: All-Time NXT Highest Rated Match To Be Broken In 2020
Just like with the AEW Record proposition, customers can bet whether or not NXT's star ratings record will be broken in 2020.
The number to beat is the five-and-a-half stars that Johnny Gargano .vs. Adam Cole were awarded earlier this year.
For this market, 'Yes' is 6/5 while the 'No' is a 3/5 favourite.

25) Records: All-Time Participant Record In A Single Year Broken
I've edited the title of this prop only because it makes sense for this post. The rules are 'All--time matches rated 5 stars or more by a participant in a single year (9 by Kenny Omega in 2018) to be broken in 2020'.
Just to highlight how great a year 2018 was for Kenny Omega, the bookies have given 'Yes' long odds of 4/1. Those who don't expect one single wrestler to have ten or more matches rated five stars or above will find the 'No' at 1/8.

26) Records: All-Time Match Record In A Single Year Broken
Just like with prop 25, I've renamed the title of this prop to help when looking back. Here's how the rule is written though 'All-time single year total of matches awarded 5 stars or more (21 in 2018) to be broken in 2020'.
'Yes' is 11/10 and 'No' is a 13/20 favourite.

27) Historical Star Rating Record Is Broken In 2020
In this proposition, customers have the opportunity to gamble on 2020 having a match rated seven-and-a-quarter stars or higher as the current record is seven stars (Okada .vs. Omega at Dominion in 2018).
The odds for the 'No' are unsurprisingly short at 2/7. A win for 'Yes' will pay out at 9/4.

28) Streaks: Japan
The prop titled 'Streaks: Japan' notes that the Land of the Rising Sun has been the 'exclusive location of match rated highest of the year' since 2017. In this market, you're wagering whether or not the streak continues.
If Japan is the host country for the highest rated match/es of 2020, then the winning selection will be graded as 'Yes' at 4/11. If any other country gets there - or if there is a joint-highest alongside Japan - then the winning selection will be 'No' at 9/5.

29) Streaks: Kazuchika Okada
Kazuchika Okada has been in the highest rated match of each year since 2016. Kambi has created this prop asking customers whether this streak will continue in 2020.
The 'Yes' is a 1/2 favourite while the 'No' is 7/5.

30) Streaks: Kenny Omega
Just like with Okada, Kenny Omega has had a streak of being in Dave Meltzer's highest rated matches of the year since 2016. The Omega special asks customers whether his streak will continue in 2020.
Those who believe his name won't appear in the highest rated bout - or bouts - of 2020 will find 'No' as a 1/2 favourite. Those who would like to gamble on the streak continuing in 2020 can back 'Yes' at 7/5.

My Bets
Here are a few markets I've had a punt on after writing all the above out and thinking things through while doing so.

Bet 1: I'm siding with Omega NOT to top Naito in proposition 3. The 'No' is 8/13. I know Naito has not been the Naito from years ago, but what I thought was worth gambling on is the fact that Naito is going up against Ibushi or Okada a week from tomorrow and that has potential to be a strongly reviewed encounter.
What's also working against Omega here is he - unless something changes by the summer - will not be a participant in the G1 Climax. This should give Naito more of a chance to pick up a few more potential five star matches.
Also, due to AEW's PPV schedule, Naito should have more matches reviewed than Kenny Omega and that should help the bet's chances.

Bet 2: I've bet on Tommaso Ciampa to have over 0.5 matches rated five stars or more (Prop 14). I like the line being that low knowing that I only need one favourable review to win the bet. He's had strong ratings before his injury and will likely be chasing Adam Cole who himself has had great outings at NXT TakeOvers, so I thought it was worth a gamble.

Bet 3: Speaking of gambles -  I've placed a small wager on the WWE main roster having over 0.5 five star matches in 2020 (Prop 15). 7/4 was too appealing with guys like AJ Styles, Daniel Bryan and more on the roster.

Bet 4: I believe Kazuchika Okada has a chance of being in the highest rated match - or matches - of 2020, so have sided with 'Yes' in proposition 29 where you can bet on his streak of highly rated matches continuing.

Bet 5: For my final bet, I've gone with the 'No' in the 'Streaks: Kenny Omega' market (Prop 30). As I wrote above, I believe Tetsuya Naito will have a better year than him, so I thought I should expand on that thought and consider his streak of being in the highest rated match/es of the year ends in 2020.

There's nothing really special in those five markets as four of them are favourites - so I am in agreement with the bookmaker on those. The only one I'm betting against Kambi on is the main WWE roster having a match rated five stars or above. That's something we haven't seen since Cena versus Punk at Money in the Bank 2011, so it is a gamble.
